According to the agency, the incident occurred in a kindergarten building under construction, which is located near the Veer Mall shopping center. A man from Tajikistan , who arrived in the region to earn money, was injured due to the partial collapse of reinforced concrete structures under construction.
The victim was taken to a medical facility. Doctors diagnosed him with a closed fracture of the thoracic-lumbar spine. It is noted that a district police officer arrived at the hospital to question the worker to establish the details and circumstances of the incident.
